Sometimes, the most inconvenient time to have a new phone is to copy the entire contents of the contacts from old phone to the new phone. Slide homescreen menu on the main screen of Windows Phone OS device to the right.
Select the Transfer Contact on the bottom row of the menu, is on the bottom of the Camera menu.

Activate Bluetooth by sliding your Windows Phone Switch to On.
